Phuti Matt founded PMGS with a vision to revolutionize the construction and civil engineering landscape in South Africa. With over 8+ years of experience in the industry, he brings unparalleled expertise and a passion for building industrial infrastructure.

His background in (industrial) systematic engineering and project management has equipped him with the skills to lead complex, large-scale projects from conception to completion. Phuti's commitment to innovation has positioned PMGS at the forefront of prefabricated housing solutions and modern construction techniques.

Under his leadership, PMGS has grown from a small startup to a respected name in southern african construction,places such as South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, and Eswatini (Swaziland) known for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

The Managing Director believes in empowering local communities through infrastructure development and creating opportunities for skilled workers. His approach combines technical excellence with a deep understanding of social responsibility and sustainable development practices.
